Improve and extend mission
By analysing the condition of the existing FileMaker system, we identified multiple ways in which we could help our client’s system to do more. Starting by streamlining the processes in the business’s finance department, we carried out a massive improvement mission – and we’re introducing new efficient workflows, large and small, across the whole business which are changing users’ day-to-day lives for the better. We’re using clever designs to make the system more robust and scalable for the future, and our phased deployment means that business continues to run as usual while work takes place.
Consultancy, training and mentoring
Our five-year relationship with this client has involved consultation, the creation of a bespoke FileMaker system with full support, and recruiting and training an in-house IT team, which we’ve expanded from a single graduate to a team of three developers. The overall aim is to make the company self-sufficient in their day-to-day operations.
